Senaman
First Step: Seat 90 degree and Press pillow between two thighs
Duduk 90 darjah dan kepitkan bantal antara 2 peha (untuk peha dalam)
Macam dalam gambar bawah neyh
Do it for 1 minute and breath normally
Tahan untuk 1 minit dengan bernafas seperti biasa.
Step 2: Press your hands while seating on the chair
Tekan tangan sambil duduk (untuk peha luar dan pinggul)
Bend your legs at 90 degree and put your palms at the side of your toes. At that position, push your toes outside against your palms. At the same time,push your palms inside against the forcesof your toes. Do it for 1 minutewhile breathing normally.
Bengkokkan pada sudut 90 darjah dan letakkan tapak tangan di sebluar lutut. Sambil mengekalkan kedudukan tangan dan tapak tangan, tolak lutut ke luar melawan tapak tangan. Pada masa yang sama tekan tangan ke dalam untuk mengelakkan daripada peha tertolak ke luar. Tahan kedudukan ini untuk 1 minit sambil bernafas seperti biasa.
Step 3: Put up your legs while seating
Angkat kaki sambil duduk (untuk bahagian depan peha)
Let your left leg rest 90 degree on the floor and put your hands at the side of the chair. Exhale while raising up forward your right leg. Let this position for 30 seconds and breath normally. Inhale when you put down your right leg. Repeat the step by exchanging the legs.
Rehatkan kaki anda di atas lantai denganbengkokkan pada sudut 90 darjah.Letakkan tangan di bahagian sisi kerusiHembus nafas semasa anda mengangkatdan melunjurkan kaki kanan. Tahankedudukan ini untuk 30 saat denganbernafas seperti biasa. Kemudian tarik nafas semasa anda menurunkan kakikanan tersebut.Ulang dengan kaki lain.
Last step: Seating bridge
Jambatan duduk (untuk bahagian belakang dan tepi peha)
Put your hands on the corner of thechair. Exhale when you raise a bit of your hips and let your hands and legs to support your body weight. Do it for 20 to 60 seconds and breath normally.
Letakkan tapak tangan di atas kerusi dan di sisi anda. Hembus nafas semasa anda mengangkat pinggal dan benarkan tapak tangan dan kaki untuk menampung berat anda. Tahan untuk 20 hingga 60 saatsambil bernafas seperti biasa.
